Impurity and motley

Analysis：

Impurity & motley caused by the impurity raw material and improper operation. This problem specially appearance in the Fine series slab and single color slab.

Solution：

1) Select the raw material carefully, impurity thing is not allowed.

2) Make sure the below tools/things are totally clean:

a)     Raw material bag.

b)     Resin bucket.

c)      Hopper.

d)     Mixer (inner wall).

e)     Mixing stick.

f)        Every tools for manual feeding.

g)     Kraft paper.

Fine series slab production must be strict to “OPERATION GUDIANCE FOR THE FINE SERIES AND PURE COLOR PRODUCTION”
